Cash on Delivery (COD) Disclaimer

At Resoluv, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service to make your shopping experience easy and convenient across Saudi Arabia. Please read the following terms carefully before choosing COD as your payment method.

1. COD Availability

  • COD is currently available only in selected cities and regions within KSA.

  • If COD is not available in your area, you will be prompted to choose an alternative payment method.

2. Order Confirmation

  • All COD orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp or phone after checkout.

  • Unconfirmed orders may be automatically cancelled.

3. False or Rejected Orders

To protect our business and ensure fair service:

  • Customers who reject orders without valid reasons may be blacklisted from future COD purchases.

  • Repeated false, fake, or fraudulent COD orders will lead to permanent blocking and legal action if necessary.

4. Shipping and Handling for COD

  • COD orders may be subject to a small additional fee to cover handling charges.

  • Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days or less(our priority is less) depending on your location.

5. Customer Responsibility

By placing a COD order, you agree to:

  • Be available to receive and pay for the order at the provided address

  • Pay the full amount to the courier at the time of delivery

  • Contact us immediately if there are any changes to your delivery details

6. Right to Refuse COD Orders

Resoluv reserves the right to:

  • Cancel COD orders if the address is incomplete or unverifiable

  • Refuse COD service to customers with a history of cancellations or returns
